The 2008 TNT Tournament concluded on Saturday, February 16th. Thank you to all the teams and fans that traveled from across the state of Tennessee! We appreciate all the students, parents, faculty, and community members who worked. Special thanks to those in hospitality, Joyce Sutton, Debra Ellis, Amy Sims, and Donna Morton. The Tops 'N Tennessee (TNT) Tournament is the only fundraiser for Springfield Middle School. Teams travel from across the state to compete, determining the top middle school team in each of five divisions. These divisions are determined by the size of the school so that teams from schools of similar size compete against each other. TNT is held the first three weekends in February at Springfield Middle School and at The Center located at 401 North Main Street, a block from the Robertson County Court House. This multi-day tournament could not be held without the help of many parent, student, and faculty volunteers. |
