Students are taught a decision-making model: D-define the problem, A-assess your choices, R-respond to the choice by getting the facts, E-evaluate your decision.
The Robertson County Sherriff's Department has partnered with Robertson County Schools to educate our students on the dangers of drugs and violence.
Sgt. Paul McKissack of the Robertson County Sherriff's Department is East Robertson's D.A.R.E. officer. He educates our children on the negative effects of drugs and violence and the importance of not giving into peer pressure.
The D.A.R.E. program teaches the importance of "saying no" to drugs and violence.
This program is offered to all our 5th graders in the county.
